6. Donation Terms
a) One-Time Donations
One-time donations are non-refundable unless prohibited by applicable law. If you wish to cancel a one-time donation, please contact us immediately within 14 days at info@giftforhumanity.org.uk.
b) Recurring Donations
Monthly recurring donations will continue until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at info@giftforhumanity.org.uk. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
c) Refund Policy
As a registered charity, donations are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if a payment was made in error or an unauthorized charge occurred, please contact us within 30 days for assistance. We may request evidence of the unauthorized charge.
7. Payment Processing
All donations are processed securely through Stripe. By making a donation, you:
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for the donation amount
- Represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
- Acknowledge that your information will be processed according to our Privacy Policy
- Accept that no refund is available after payment is confirmed
8. Materials and Content
Gift for Humanity retains all right, title and interest in all materials on its website. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit the content except as permitted by law or with express written permission from Gift for Humanity.
9. Use of Donations
Gift for Humanity is a UK-registered charity (Charity Number: 1192899). We commit that:
- 100% of donations go directly to humanitarian projects
- Operational costs are covered separately through other sources
- You will receive a donation receipt for tax purposes
- We maintain transparent accounts as required by UK Charity Commission
10. Limitations
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
11. Revisions and Errata
